Calithea Revealed is a luxurious esthetician and cosmetic tattoo business that specializes in skincare services and anti-aging treatments. Calithea’s focus is on providing a pampering and elegant experience, specializing in anti-aging and skincare treatments. After years of building her brand, owner Sandra felt stagnant and in need of a change to revitalize her business.

Prior to the rebrand, the brand struggled to differentiate itself from competitors and attract a loyal customer base

Refined their target market by developing 4 customer groups based on demographic, geographic, psychographic, and behavioral characteristics
Conducted extensive research on the market and competitors, ensuring I created a unique and elegant brand identity for Calithea Revealed
Crafted 5 content pillars that effectively organized social media content in alignment with Calithea Revealed's mission and values
Developed tailored and engaging content that was both educational and exciting, perfectly suited for the refined target market
Enhanced user experience and conveyed a welcoming and professional image by redesigning the website with updated branding and tone, engaging copy, and inclusive representative imagery
IMPLEMENTATION
With the target market and content strategy in place, I created a content calendar and started producing content tailored to each persona and content pillar
Utilized Instagram as the primary social media platform, along with Facebook and LinkedIn
Focused on creating visually appealing content that aligned with the brand's values
Included images of skincare products, beauty treatments, customer success stories, behind-the-scenes, and educational posts about skincare and beauty
Collaborated with Calithea’s web developers to redesign the website, providing wire frameworks, updated branding, color scheme, typography information, and updated copy & visuals
